Interconnection requests to the WWD Transmission System are administered by Westlands Water District (WWD) pursuant to its Transmission Owner Access Policy (TOAP) and Large Generator Interconnection Procedures (LGIP). WWD utilizes a structured, cluster-based interconnection process designed to evaluate eligible projects efficiently, consistently, and transparently.
